Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Removal from work schedule

My employer was engaged in questionable practaces. When I pointed out that these practaces were less than legal or ethical, I was removed from the work schedule with no explanitation. When i received my paycheck 1 week later, it was just for the hours I had actually worked. I did not reccive the vacation pay that I have accrued over the past 13 months. My direct supervisor will not give me an answer as to weather I still have a job or not. They seem to be hoping that I will just go away..... what should I do?
