Legal Question in Employment Law in California

resigned, finally received ck and it NSF

Worked for a national company. I resigned because I wasn;t getting my paycheck. After about 3 months, they finally paid me and the check was NSF. What are my options in collecting the check amount as well as any charges my bank charged me? Is there any legal action regarding my loss of wages during the last day and when monies were actually received?

You need to file a wage claim with the labor board.
