rights to return back to work after substance abuse
iam preparing to return back to work after substance abuse treatment or lack-off treatment. i want to know what my rights are returning to work? i did try to utilize what was offered to me by the company in terms of employee assistant program for substance abuse treatment. however iam clean from any substances and need to return back to work. but i feel betrayed by the company... please respond asap.

your question is unclear. absent a prior agreement with them, they do not have to take you back.
