Terminated

I am on Medical Leave but was infromed that after 31 days my emploment will be terminated if I am unable to return to work is this legal?????

Why were you terminated? Generally, most employers don�t terminate during a employee's medical leave, but that doesn�t mean that they cant terminate. Were you on FMLA? We would need to know more about your specific situation to determine whether what your employer has done is legal or not.
