i was at work today and my manager said if i wanted to go to target to get some supplies for the store i said sure on the way back from the store i got on the freeway to go back when i got back to work i had a flat tire i had to pay 116.00 out of my own pocket to get a new tire i wanted to know if they have to pay for it since i was on the clock on there time when this happend if i had not gone it would have not happend thank you very much.

You didn't say what caused the tire to go flat. If it was something in the employer's parking lot, then you would have a better argument. If it was a road hazard, probably not. If your tires were old and needed replacing, anyway, definitely not.
