Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I work at a preschool teaching intermediates and starts at 7:ooam.Since the school is shortstaffed, Iam asked to work in the toddler room everyday for an hour or so until a toddler teacher clocks in to relieve me.My own students on the other hand are distributed in different classrooms until I open my classroom.is that fair?
