Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was taken off work on stress leave by my doctor and have been continually talked about by my supervisor, she's questioned my co workers about my whereabouts, the validity of my leave and is has told other employees about my leave could this be a lawsuit,Im already stressed and she's addded to it
