Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I worked at a company where from the start I was harrassed by my dispatcher,he called me gay names ofter,he yelled at me over the radio.he threated co-workers to fist fights on company time.I reported all this to the Boss who said they would do something about it.After this he started to not answer my calls for advice or help when I needed it.Once after a arguement he told me ,he was waiting for me to fight him outside as I drove to the Headquarters, over the radio,I feared for my life I stop a friends house to get a gun. When I arrived he was inside, this I also told the Boss. Then ever little thing I did and he didnt like he reported to the boss. After another arguementI told him to go this to the boss like you did before. But this time to my shock,he said"he did have to call the boss the deal with me,he said he could sent me a text and I would think it,s company business but It would be from him senting me to a location where his gang would be waiting to ambush me..in this part of town gang shooting are real.I didnt sleep well.fpr many nite so i quit.

If you are claiming 'discriminatory treatment' on the basis of sexual orientation ['called me gay names'] whether or not you are homosexual or thought to be homosexual, then you could pursue legal action on that. IF that is the case, feel free to contact me to discuss the facts and evidence that would be necessary to prove such case. I just finished a similar case of 'gay name calling' towards someone not gay.

If this guy has the same offensive comments and behavior towards everybody, not just you, then it may simply be very poor management and not really grounds for legal action other than the WCAB mentioned by Mr. Moheban.
