Wrongful Termination
i asked for my paycheck on payday, he told me checks would be delayed, I informed him that he is required by law to give me a 24 hour notice if payroll is not on time, he told me ''your fired'' At least 10 occasions in 9 months when the check was late, at least 15 where they wrote me a bad check.

The employer’s actions could be viewed as retaliatory. You should consult with an employment attorney.

Re: Wrongful Termination
Sounds like you have a legitimate case. I could think of a couple of causes of action that you could used against your former employer: violation of labor code, retaliation, wrongful termination in violation of public policy are some of the core actions.
