Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Wrongful Termination

For over 2 mo., I worked at this co. I did what I was told, dependable and always did whatever asked to do by mangmt.I was on 90 day probation.I had to join union($500.+60./mo. dues!) Nothing in contract about new hires( besides, never saw a contract!)Co. invented lies about my work so the co. had excuse to terminate. (co. also laid off over 200 employees within last 2 weeks)I liked job, worked nites in all weather conditions and was falsely acused of things and let go. Said union knew about my being let go days before and said nothing to me. Do I have any recourse? My daily work papers prove beyond doubt that I am telling truth and their storys are just that. I am borderline devorce and loss of home, family because of this, it's not fair. I am a poor family man that thought I had a chance with this co. The one who terminated me was a driver for years. I have proof that he stole from same company and he's still there, what I got acused of doing was NOTHING compaired to what this guy did. His was far worse!Anyway, if you can help me in anyway, such as whom to contact, ect., I am at your service.Thank you so much for your time.Any help or comments I sure could use right now. Thank you.

As a Union employee, if you fail to pass the probation period you have no protection.
