Legal Question in Employment Law in California

yesterdat May 23,2011 3 employees got into a misunderstanding situation, and it was already taking care of the assistant manager, sudden the store manager came out of no where start yelling and cursing to everyone whit out asking what was going on and what the problem is all about.

question: What can we do to this Store Manager so she doesn't do it again to other employees?

we also heard that she does that all the time, since i am a person that want to help my co worker to protect them by not doing it again.

can you give me any ideas or answer to this situation

Not only are there no laws against 'unfair treatment' or poor management, but in general, unless an employee is civil service, in a union, or has a written employment contract, they are an 'at will' employee that can be disciplined or fired any time for any reason, with or without �cause�, explanation or notice. The employee's goal should be to keep the employer happy and make the company money. That�s how they pay your wages.
