Me and My boyfriend share an addition to a house and my boyfriend was served a eviction; however they did not name me in the case and I am over 18, am I required to leave to or do they have to serve me separately?

They have to serve you separately. They may, however, have legally served you when they served him. If they made three attempts to serve you and did not find you, they can serve anyone who lives there on your behalf, and then mail a copy, and it is the same as if they served you in person.
