Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Having difficult recurring problems with tenant He has cases against landlords a mile long on public index record we now know we are being set up we did not know about his record til We pulled a few files on him at the county office and I sent him an email outlining info on one these cases trying to scare him off and now he says he has me for writing this email to him about his personal affairs. why do you think?

If the tenant has violated your rental agreement, then take whatever steps are necessary to resolve those violations. Contact a landlord/tenant attorney in your area for assistance.
