I have a eviction hearing tomorrow. I can't pay the rent should I still go to the hearing. How long before I have to move. I live in California.

You should always go to a court hearing. Not going to a court hearing leaves you voiceless in court, and prevents you from knowing what is going on with your own case.

How long you have to move depends on where you are in the case. You are not clear as to whether you have answered, or have defaulted, or if a judgment of possession has been entered against you.
