I need help finding a lawyer asap. I want to sue my landlord for having to live in a unlivable place for more than 5 years. Having to deal with roaches, rats, really bad mold odor and mold every where a broken window and the land lord doesnt care and doesnt want to do anything about it

Go to a tenant's rights organization and see if they can refer you to at least three attorneys who would be interested in your case. You will have a problem in that it seems inconsistent that the conditions are horrible but you have put up with it for 5 years. You can spend up to a full month's rent to repair defects you have given reasonable notice of the landlord but he has not remedied the situation.
