Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

i let a girl stay with me for a couple weeks, since she has been here several things have been stolen and she refuses to follow the rules she agreed to. she is not on the rental agreement. I asked her to leave two days ago. today i told her she may not return. does she have a legal right to be here??

That depends upon whether she has or was supposed to pay any rnet. If not, then she is an invitee and can be uninvited at any time. But if she was supposed to pay rent, then she is a sub=tenant and entitled to all the rights that a tenant has, includling thirty days notice for the ending on the tenancy if it is month ot month, and three day notice to corect breaches of the rental agreement [whether she signed it or not].
