Landlord Retaliation & illegal entries without notices

My family, Husband, Son(13) and myself, have one year lease started on 12/3/2005.

A month into lease, I discovered Toxic Mold in the kitchen and reported to the landlord. Landlord didn't do anything for next month. I reported to Health Department & landlord received violation. Since then landlord hired Property Manage Agent and started to harrass my family by giving 3-day Notice on first day of rent due, refused to fix problems in the house(it took 2 months to relaced microwave), illegaly entered the townhouse number of times(without notice) on weekedns when we're not home.

Toxic mold was reported to the authority on 2-7-06 but remediation was done in Mid March of 2006. Took them 1 1/2 month. During the remediation work, agent placed a MLS lock on the front entrance door without telling us.There's verbal harass from both landlords and their property management agent. I want to know how I can sue them?(I have more incidents took place past 6 months living at this unit and I had to pay full rent.)

You could sue for rent abaitment and for a civil penalty of up to $2k per illegal entry.
