4.Wrongful use of a civil proceeding

5.Breach of Contract

6.Abuse of process

7.Breach of implied covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing

8.Retaliation for complaining about conditions of unit and premises

9.Negligence

10.Conspiracy

11.Fraud

In order to determine if you have a claim, we need to review your rental agreement, all letters, your other evidence, and other documentation supporting your claim. An unlawful detainer action answer must be filed within 5 days of service.
