manager stole rent and now evicting me

paid manager rent in cash in front of two other witnesses,served 3day pay or quit.within time attempted to pay rent again to avoid eviction,manager avoided my attempts. manager has told other tenants that she wouldnt accept my rent, manager has threatened other tenants with 30day notices for associating with me,manager has made attempts to deny me access to my apartment including pushing me down. manager continues to publically slander me with other tenants and anybody else she notices around the building isnt there a right to privacy inregards to my personal business with manager? I also believe that she has taken some mail of mine(checks)Now there is an attorney involved and i am being sued for non payment of rent, I responded to the case,with notorized statements from my witnesses. this is on calander for later this month can i request another court date since i already have holiday travel plans and will not be here on that date. if evicted can i sue manager/and or owner for bad faith actions towards me,expenses for court,moving costs,slandering my name etc.this is all overwelming but i dont intend to be a victim. can anybody help me gain focus with all this _hit?am i on the right track?HELP

I will need a lot more information to fully evaluate your case, but your landlord's refusal to accept timely tendered rent is a very strong defense to the unlawful detainer (eviction) action.
