A little under 6 months ago a member of my apartments maintainance crew walked into my house after opening the door with a key. It was not an emergency or scheduled. totally random. I have this documented and signed my the manager. Can I break my now using that as a reason? My fiance does not want to live in this place anymore. Does not feel safe by herself.

The maintainance crew should not have landed into ur apartment without a prior notice to you. The right of privacy is violated by thier act and u can sue them for damages for mental agony suffered by u . Having the keys of the apartment does not mean they have any absolute right with them.

Yes u can break the document on this reason. The violation of the conditions of ur document has been done by them.
