Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I live in Fresno, Ca. I paid for a person to do an unlawful detainer, I also gave him the money for the sheriff when the unlawful detainer was granted. The papers were not filled out properly, so the unlawful detainer was not granted, am I entitled to my money back for the sheriff's fee.

Was this person a lawyer? If not, you're a fool and they are a criminal. If so, he needs to go back and do it right at no further charge.
