security deposit
i never picked up a security deposit from my former landlord due to the fact that he in bad faith made the check out to myself and my roomie; and had collected the deposit in cash from myself only.its been 9 years and now my former roomie are friends again can we get our money ???????????

Yes you can have the landlord reissure the security deposit and show him the receipts for what you paid.
