Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I have succesfully won my judgement against my property manager who stole my security deposit. I have put in a rent levy against a tenant of hers on a property that is listed as hers by the County Treasurer. The tenant refuses to pay the levy.

What are my options?

If you have not already done so, speak to the tenant and tell her why you are entitled to the money and that the landlord can not come after her for a double payment. Ask the property management company to co-operate or you will have to send the sheriff to their Office to "tap the till"--stay there and collect any cash, cashier's checks that come in from other tenants or slap a lien on the property owned by the building owner which will accrue interest at 10% and dprevent any refinancing or sale of the properties.

Have the sheriff levy the bank account right after rent day.
