If a tenant defaults on a date to vacate by that was agreed upon at the mandatory settlement hearing does the tenant still have 5 days to vacate by way of the sheriff's office post or can the court order an immediate removal of the tenant?

The court has the POWER to order the sheriff to do an immediate removal. The likelihood that the court would EXERCISE that power to issue an unusual order, absent proof of irreparable harm from the delay, is about zero.
