Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

Assuming that a CA attorney found a buyer of a commercial property and introduced him to the seller via the seller's agent. This CA attorney then is retained by the buyer for providing legal advice and negotiation service with the seller. The seller will pay to the attorney a finder's fee for finding a buyer for his property. This finder's fee arrangement is all disclosed to the buyer who signs on the retainer agreement with the attorney, waiving all the conflict of interest. What issue can be risen to the attorney per receiving attorney fee from the buyer and finder's fee from the seller?

None. And the correct conjugation of the verb would be "raised" not "risen."
