Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

If someone self banned themselves from a casino over a year ago, and then just has to give them a letter he was cured and they let him back in, do I have any legal recourse as he went through approx. 10k of my money at an indian casino in Highland CA???

You can't sue an indian casino.
