Are documents that contain "white -out"correction fluid recordable in any of California's county recorders offices? And if so,Could this by any chance lead to FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY such as MORTGAGE FRAUD,ELDER ABUSE and the COMPLETE DESTRUCTION of THE ECONOMIC STRUCTURE & THE FUTURE OF OUR GREAT NATION? I AM POSTING AS A FREE QUESTION 'S'. The SECOND part is not as important as the rest of the answers in which i know them too be CONSIDERED 'ONLY IF TYPE SPECULATION"and not dirrectly addressing any U.S. GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND /OR ITS EMPLOYEES OR EVEN THIER FAMILIES ,RELATIVES ,NEIGHBORS OR EVEN THIER HOUSEHOLD PETS. thank you
