Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

I am the owner/ registered owner of the vehicle my step dad paid cash for. Pink

My step father purchased a 2001 vehicle for me he paid cash for it. He made a written contract of his own in which I signed and admit I did not read or keep a copy of. I also work for his company. I have not been successful in getting a copy of the contract. As of the end of April I have to move out of his house and either pay the car off in full or he will keep the vehicle and sell it off. Is this legal? Can he take the vehicle away from me? Can he handwrite his own contract legally? Can he sell the vehicle without my consent? Please respond! Also, he told me that I could no longer work for his company, no reason whatsoever!
