Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

This can't possibly be legal, but it happened & I can prove it.

The owner/broker of a real estate firm

agreed to loan us an amount much less than

requested to move if we signed a 6 mo listing (not the 3

as agreed on) with a specific one of

his 180 in house agents. We agreed as we were

desperate. He has refused to show our home, scared

away at least 4 who had submitted offers, has

threatened neighbors, & told one broker/buyer to wait

until

after April 1st for the foreclosure sale & has refused to

waive fees(even when their website says 90 days or

free & its been 5 months. I have since found out

the Associate he required us to sign with had

his license suspended in Jan. 2000 and had not been

removed until 1 month

after he signed the listing with us. The

broker's licence has also been suspended several

times for comingling funds and he had 2 years of his

license suspension stayed twice by paying $1000 fine.

No one will help us as the man apparently has a lot of

political power at all levels to the point that he even had

his Associate call to laugh at me when I threatened to

report him to the appropriate agencies. Can anyone

help? Thank you to those of you who were kind enough

to read this far even if you could not help us.
