Previous employer will not pay me

Im a contract loan processor. my Previous employer will not pay me. what should i do?

If the amount owed is less than $7500, you can file a small claims lawsuit. Regardless of the amount, you can also file a claim with the labor board. In most cases, the labor board seems to take a little more time, but it seems to be a little more "user friendly" for employees filing wage claims.
