Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

Refund from dentist work never completed

I need to know if there is a law that requires a dentist to refund money for work not completed . I am not happy with the results so far and I want to go to another dentist. She says I have to finish with her or she won't refund any money. I paid her $35.000.00 and all I have is a broken partial and 5 posts for implants but I never got the crowns. I am doing a request to correct or cancel judgement. The judge said I had to let her finish or I don't get money refunded. I need to prove he applied the wrong law.

It isn't that simple!

Also, since there is a judgment, it means that you have been to court and lost.

You are questioning about the law of contracts. It would help if you would produce (i.e. scan, PDF, or e-mail) the copy of the dentist's contract with you, as well as the court document involved in the law suit.

I would be happy to try to help, but I need the information, per the above requests.
