Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

what is the statute of limitations on filing a small claims action for 3500.00 and is the fee 50.00?

do I have to find out who ALL the owners are of the business I am suing? If so, how do I do that.

I do have 2 owners names

this is for overcharging for vet services and death of animal august 2009, reimbursement, return of

monies paid

What is "area" of the law?

You appear to be OK as far as the statute of limitations, at least for now. I don't know what the fee is, look it up at occourts.org (you can e-file your lawsuit via that site). Sue the two owners.
