can I sue in small claims a tattoo parlor for tattoing my minor daughter in California? Do I sue both the shop owner and/or the tattoo guy? What are all the damages?

It is a crime. Turn it over to the police.

It is a misdemeanor for any person to tattoo or offer to tattoo anyone under age 18. (Pen. Code, sect. 653.)
