Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California
I am wondering if you pay money for a service like Tanning, and the company refuses to serve you, and also refuses to give you your money back can you press charges? The business owner is very unprofessional and there are many many complaints about the business ethic she conducts.

The police likely would not do anything but call and ask them. You can sue in Small Claims Court to get your money back.
