Legal Question in Mediation in California

What Can I Do About A Biased Mediator?

What can I do about a biased mediator? She believes my husband and then she submits his statements into court without proof. She is always verbally attacking me. She gave 80% child custody to my husband who in his own words is depressed and suicidal. My oldest son is now depressed and suicidal and now my eleven year old daughter is that way. There was no court evaluation done on my husband. Numerious times he has threatened to commit suicide. When I tell the mediator she just blows me off. I am afraid of what the out come of my children are going to be. How can the courts give custody to a man who has been depressed and suicidal all of his life?
