contract breach?
I recvd $5ooo down,$5000 du in 30 days for one motorcycle.$10,000 total.120 days have elapsed.purchaser apparently cannot pay repeatedly makes arrangements to do so and defaultsI have lost the value of insurance&one model year.I no longer have the down paymentWhat can I do?

What do you mean by "lost value of insurance and one model year?" Who currently has possession of the motorcycle? What significance do you see in the fact that you no longer have the down payment? Was anything put in writing? Was this an oral agreement? From what little I'm able to gather from the facts you've stated, you can sue in small claims for recovery of the $5,000.
