Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

I have 4 artrhoscopic surgeries with this dr

i have 4to5 sugeries with the same dr on my lft knee with 4to5 cortizone 5 hallogen injections and in the past 4 years with no apperent relief my leg is in terrible cond please advice thank you.... p;s he's the san diego chargers physician.

The fact of the poor result is not enough. You need to see another doctor and determine whether the next doctor will testify that the first doctor's treatment of you was below the standard of care. You should consult with an attorney as soon as possible. I can not help you as I do not practice in your area.
