Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

Dental services prepaid not completed

I had gone to this dentist Dr. William Ginzberg in MDR, CA for implants. He pulled my teeth without novacane. He put them in a place that would not support a permanent bridge. I prepaid. I would like monies that wasn't used to be returned. My registered mail has gone unanswered. What can I do?

Just like any other civil problem, you could always sue if you can't get it resolved. If you are simply trying to get your money back on a claim of breach of contract, you could file in small claims court. If you claim malpractice, you must file in Superior Court, and must have a doctor available to testify as an expert for your case.
