Can you sue for a staph nfection even f you signed consent for surgery?

If you have, or can get, another doctor that says the care was negligent [i.e. malpractice], then yes. That is the requirement for such cases. IF you think you can, then feel free to contact me if serious about pursuing this.

Consent for surgery does not mean consent to accept 'care that is below the standard.'
