Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

when i was 15 my parents sent me to a juvenile boot camp. while i was there, i was took-en down by one specific drill instructor, by being took-en down i mean they would trip you, slam you on the ground and grab the arm you regularly use (mine is my right arm) bring it behind you and pull it up until your fingers are touching the top of your head. because of this i now have serious shoulder injury that is not going to get any better. i want to sue for this. is it possible to do so?

Sorry this happened to you. Whether you can still sue may depend on how old you are. I would search the internet for California attorneys who handle "boot camp" or "deprogramming" types of cases. Normally the legal time limit for lawsuits is two years, but if you just turned 18 there may be something that can be done. Best of luck.
