Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

The airbag in my 2003 Toyota Avalon did not deploy when I was stopped in traffic and rear-ended by a man at 55 mph driving me into the car in front of me. I hit my face on the steering wheel at least twice when the car behind me wedged under my rear bumper and was hit by two more cars. Do I have a case?
