Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Hi, I asked a question recently on law guru and you answered. You assumed correct however, the car that hit me was in the fast lane. I have a witness whho saw her run the red light and hit me. I understand that I'm partially at fault just because I was making the left hand turn, but my insurance company is trying to put it all on me. I need help desperatley. Im a full-time student and Im trying to raise my little brother all by myself. I dont know what to do. Do you really think I have a case? I can't afford to go forth with everything if I dont have a chance of winning. Thank you
