Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
i had a car accident oct 2007 surgery april 2004 nov 2009 won appeal for social security
attorny not calling not keeping me informed, made a dollar amount offer to def attny without consulting me
and finnaly i talked to paralegal who let it slip that the other attny has been filming me and
she and my attny have seen but she thought i was already informed but was not
i feel my attny is underminning my case and will hurt the outcome from his actions or lack
of actions
do i need to find new counsel jan 25 is court
and i still am unaware of what is on film
and have not officialy been informed that i even was filmed and maybe still being filmed

.Defendant's insurance companies love to film the victim to catch them lying. Your lawyer should have told you this from the beginning. Hopefully what they got on video tape is not too damaging, but again this is something your lawyer should have gotten a hold of.
What is your court date coming up? If it�s a trial you will have trouble finding new counsel if it is something other than that finding new counsel should not be a problem. Best suggestion is to call your local bar association referral service and they can help you find a new lawyer.
