Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

excessive force at a night club

I was in the parking lot at a

nightclub and the security started

to harass a friend of mine. They

started to get physical and I was

standing in the area watching. I

made no threating moves and did

not even open my mouth, I just

was witnessing what was

happening. A security guard

slammed me to the ground and

used a taser on me out of the blue.

I did not even resist and I have no

clue why I was attacked. I did not

go to the hospital but I did take

pictures. My question is do you

think this is basis for a lawsuit?

Yes.

And a good lawsuit if it can be proven.

If everything you stated in your question is true and can be supported by witnesses, I believe that you do have a pretty good lawsuit. If you would like representation, please call my office at 1.877.505.INJURY.
