someone else gave permission for someone to drive my vehicle accident occured he had suspended license other vehicle is at fault but they have no license and are driving someone else's car who has insurance what rights do i have

You could theoretically, when you get sued, turn around and sue the bozo who gave this unlicensed person the car keys, if Bozo has any money or insurance. In the future keep a tighter grip on your car keys and make absolutely sure no unlicensed or intoxicated person drives your car.
