Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I was hit by a tomato truck

Last Oct I was hit by a tomato truck on I 5. It turns out that the car that caused the

accident did not have insurance (she clipped the truck which then flew over the

center divider and hit me) I also had no insurance (my boyfriend told me he paid it)

I need to know is there any way I can be compenstated. I've had to go on general

assitance to get medical help.

you need to file a lawsuit against the person who cased the accident and the owner of the car they were driving.
