The most aggressive action likely is to hire an attorney who handles mold cases and have him/her state that if nothing is started within the next 5 business days a lawsuit will be filed against the HOA, Board of Directors, manager of the complex, the management company, etc. The local health department will also be notified.

I disagree. The MOST aggressive action is to actually FILE a lawsuit, and to do so immediately without any further delay. Our firm would be happy to assist you. To speak with an attorney right away, call toll-free (877) LION-FOR-LAW (546-6367).
