Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

We're quite certain that had we "paid" for an answer, we would have received a lengthier response, and one that someone may have put a little thought and consideration into. No problem. We'll check elsewhere.

FYI - this will probably get me kicked off this system but most PI attorneys and MANY others use this as an advertisement and give you not much of an answer so you will hire them. If you re-ask and ask for just me, I will be sure you have the answer you pay for - then you make the decision. I have not liked this since day one - so complain as much as you can! I have nearly 20 years in PI law in CA.

Thought and consideration are extra. Just kidding. If I were you I would raise my concerns directly by e-mail with whomever responded to your question. You should include the text of your original question and response, otherwise the attorney won't know what the heck you are talking about..
