Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

How to pay an accident claim that is less than your deductible

I have a $1000 deductible on my vehicle insurance. I hit another car. The other party wants to keep it out of insurance which is fine with me. He submitted one estimate to me for $632. Should I ask for 2 other estimates? Should I then pay the "average" or the "middle."

Am I required to notify my insurance company since it would not be covered anyway?

You deductible only applies to repair to your car. repost it to your insurance company, they will pay 100% of the other guys damage.
