Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Recently I was in a rear end collision in my company vehicle. I am currently on workers comp and collecting a paycheck. I applied for disability but got denied. I've been suffering from pain but most of all suffering from making due bills. Please, any advice will be very fearful thanks!

I'd be glad to help. You need an attorney to represent you in the third-party claim against the driver who hit you. Please call toll-free (877) LION-FOR-LAW (546-6367)

Depending what your treating doctor says about your level of disability you are entitled to receive temporary disability benefits from your employers workers compensation carrier. Additionally, you are entitled to make a claim against the person that rearended your vehicle. Please call me if you would like to discuss your situation. I would be happy to represent you on both cases.

No need to fear, we can take care of everything.

Have you considered a third party law suit against the negligent driver who hit you?

We can help you recover money for your lost wages, medical bills, out of pocket expenses, and most importantly your pain and suffering. Your Work Comp claim will help you with your medical bills and treatment, but you need to file a third party claim to collect for your pain and suffering. Please contact us for a free consultation. I would be more than willing to help.

You should definitely seek the adivse of legal counsel concerning your rights. I have represented many people in your situation, but having been in charge ot training adjusters and claims management people I also know how they think and handle claims such as yours. Among other rights, you are entitled to pain and suffering and lost earnings (the difference between what you may be receiving under work comp and your actual income) for the injuries and damages this accident has caused you. There is no out of pocket fee to pay until and unless there is a recovery obtained on your case. I hope this helps you. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
